Blank Page Eyeshadow Base

Create your best colour story using this eyeshadow base to make your favourite eyeshadows pop! This base dries to a powder finish, helping you blend, and is silicone based to help provide a smooth surface to work on. 

This base is not a glitter adhesive; your shimmers will make their best showing by using this base along with a water-based adhesive to catch the shimmer! Apply this base with a brush or your fingers and pat your eyeshadows directly on top. 

The base comes in 6 different colours to work with!
Cotton: Stark white
Parchment: Yellow-based fair shade
Papyrus: Beige
Vellum: Warm Caramel
Amate: Deep Chocolate Brown
Slate: Black

Cyclopentasiloxane, Magnesium Stearate, Olive Wax, Capric/Caprylic Triglycerides, Hydrogenated Polyisobutene, Isododecane, Glyceryl Monostearate, Jojoba Wax, Dimethylimidazolidinone Rice Starch, Silica, Kaolin.
