Shipping and Returns

There are four weight classes which affect the cost of shipping. The shipping weight class is calculated from the total weight of the order including shipping materials. The weight classes are as follows:

• Up to and including 100g
• From 101g to 250g
• From 251g to 500g
• Orders over 500g

More than 99% of all orders weigh less than 250g, and the ones that exceed that weight limit will generally qualify for free shipping. In some cases where the price of postage is not very different, we may combine weight classes into one larger class.

All orders sent domestically are considered to be one weight class.

We have 5 shipping zones that define our flat shipping prices. The shipping cost is based on the shipping address and not the billing address.

Domestic: Includes all of Scotland, Northern Ireland, England, Wales, the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.

Europe: Incudes all countries and city-states of the European subcontinent, as well as Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan and all of Russia, and all Mediterannean and Atlantic islands that are European overseas territories.

USA: The United States of America has negotiated different international mail prices from the rest of the world and therefore has its own shipping profile here. Currently this includes all 50 US States, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. Items going to the United States currently also have to pay a 10% tariff on all goods entering the country, paid ahead of time. This tariff will be calculated at checkout, similar to a sales tax.

Oceania: This includes Australia and its island territories, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and South Pacific Island chains, and also includes Singapore and Laos on the Asian subcontinent.

World Zone: All countries not otherwise mentioned. This would include all of South America, Africa, Asia (unless the country is mentioned by name above) and the rest of North America including the Caribbean islands.

Domestic

Tracked 48: £3.10 - Free for all orders over £35.
Tracked 24: £4.00 - Free for all orders over £50.

Europe

Tracked Services:

• Up to 250g: £10.50
• 251g - 500g: £11.10
• Over 500g: £11.50

Free for all orders over £100.

Untracked Services:

• Up to 100g: £4.30
• 101g - 250g: £5.95
• 251g - 500g: £7.45
• Over 500g: £11.40

Free for all orders over £50.

USA

Tracked Services:

• Up to 100g: £12.50
• 101g - 250g: £13.65
• 251g - 500g: £16
• Over 500g: £19

Free for all orders over £150.

Untracked Services:

• Up to 100g: £5.60
• 101g - 250g: £8.75
• 251g - 500g: £12.50
• Over 500g: £18.30

Free for all orders over £85.

Rest of the World

• 101g - 250g: £7.95
• 251g - 500g: £11.20
• Over 500g: £15.20

Free for all orders over £60.

These delivery times are as stated by Royal Mail and are not a guarantee. These estimates also begin when you receive your shipping confirmation email and do not include our 14 working day processing time.

Domestic: 1-3 working days.
Europe: 3-5 working days.
Rest of the World: 5-7 working days.

These times are only an estimate do not include clearing customs. Once the package has left our hands, its shipping time is out of our control. Generally most packages to international addresses reach their destinations in 14 business days, but it is not unheard of for them to take up to 6 weeks to arrive. If you feel you have been waiting for too long, please reach out and we will see what we can do to help! Please be aware however that we cannot give you any more information about where your order is if you selected an untracked service.

Please be aware customers may be charged import duty and customs handling fees. Any and all import duties and customs handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. This includes our EU Customers: we do not collect VAT on behalf of the EU, so when your order goes through customs, it will be assessed for VAT and you may be expected to pay the VAT prior to delivery.

We ship worldwide; however, if your country does not allow the import of the products on offer, we will not falsify customs documents. It is the customer's responsibility to know whether or not they can import our products. No reimbursement will be given for seizure or destruction at customs due to this reason.

For US Customers, please be aware that you will be charged a 10% tariff at checkout on your order as the US requires all tariffs to be collected and submitted prior to delivery. This is handled by the Royal Mail and your item will be sent Postal Deliveries Duties Paid. There should be no excess fee required prior to collection.

It is your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of placement. Please contact us directly to cancel. If you have received an order you would like to return, we can only accept it if the shipping package has been unopened, and only in extenuating circumstances. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail us to inquire. Due to the nature of the product, no opened packages may be returned and we cannot accept any exchanges.

If there are problems with your order, including packaging defects that compromise the product, missing items and items sent in error, or undelivered parcels please get in touch. We will do everything reasonable to ensure customer satisfaction.
