Shipping

We ship worldwide; however, if your country does not allow the import of the products on offer, we will not falsify customs documents.  It is the customer's responsibility to know whether or not they can import our products. No reimbursement will be given for seizure at customs due to this reason. 

Our shipping is charged as flat rates based on weight thresholds and destinations, so orders that reach a particular threshold will be charged an increased price.  The thresholds are: 

  • Up to and including 100g
  • Up to and including 250g
  • Up to and including 500g
  • Above 500g

More than 99% of all orders weigh less than 250g, and the ones that exceed that weight limit generally qualify for free untracked shipping. Many of the orders that weigh between 100g and 250g also qualify for free untracked shipping. 

Our packages are usually shipped via Royal Mail Standard First Class to the UK, and Royal Mail Standard International to the rest of the world. This is the cheapest option but does not include any tracking information.  I cannot give you any more information about packages that have not yet arrived if they are sent via our Royal Mail First Class or Standard Untracked International services. If you have been waiting some time for an order that has not arrived, however, please do reach out and we will do our best to help you.

 Our tracked packages are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 depending on your choice at checkout, and via Royal Mail International Tracked for international orders. Any free tracked packages will be sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 domestically. 

We also offer the option of shipping via UPS if you would prefer. 

We have 5 shipping zones, which correspond to the 5 Royal Mail Shipping Zones:

Domestic: Includes all of Scotland, Northern Ireland, England, Wales, the Isle of Man, Guernsey and Jersey.

Europe: Incudes all countries and city-states of the European subcontinent, as well as  Tajikistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Armenia, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan and all of Russia, and all Mediterannean and Atlantic islands that are European overseas territories. 

USA: The United States of America has negotiated different international mail prices from the rest of the world and therefore has its own shipping profile here. Currently this includes all 50 US States, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. 

Oceania: This includes Australia and its island territories, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and South Pacific Island chains, and also includes Singapore and Laos on the Asian subcontinent. 

World Zone: All countries not otherwise mentioned. This would include all of South America, Africa, Asia (unless the country is mentioned by name above) and the rest of North America including the Caribbean islands.

The shipping prices are as follows:

Domestic:
Tracked 24:
£4.00  (All weight thresholds)
Tracked 48: £3.40 (All Weight Thresholds)
First Class (Untracked): £2.50, up to 100g;  and unavailable for orders above 100g as the cost of postage above that point is roughly the same as Tracked 48.


Free Shipping:  Free shipping is available to all domestic orders of £30.00 or higher in value after any discounts applied. Items with Free shipping will be sent via Tracked 48 services. 

Europe:
Tracked Services: £9.50 for orders up to 250g; £10.65 for up to 500g and £11 for parcels over 500g.
Untracked Services:  £3.75 for orders up to 100g; £4.90 for orders up to 250g; £6.00 for up to 500g and £7.00 for above 500g.

Free Untracked Shipping:  Free shipping is available to all European orders of £40.00 or higher in value after any discounts applied. 

USA:
Tracked Services:  £10.15 for orders up to 100g; £11.20 for orders up to 250g; £13.30 for up to 500g and £15.30 for above 500g.
Untracked Services:  £4.70 for orders up to 100g; £6.50 for orders up to 250g; £8.80 for up to 500g and £11.45 for above 500g.

Oceania:
Tracked Services:  £10.15 for orders up to 100g; £11.90 for orders up to 250g; £14.80 for up to 500g and £17.60 for above 500g.
Untracked Services:  £4.70 for orders up to 100g; £7.45 for orders up to 250g; £10.65 for up to 500g and £14.35 for above 500g.

Rest of the World:
Tracked Services:  £10.50 for orders up to 250g; £13.00 for up to 500g and £14.85 for above 500g.
Untracked Services:  £4.70 for orders up to 100g; £6.35 for orders up to 250g; £8.80 for up to 500g and £11.45 for above 500g.

Free Untracked Shipping:  Free shipping is available to all international orders of £60.00 or higher in value after any discounts are applied. This applies to any order made outside of the Domestic and European shipping zones. 

Delivery times as stated by the Royal Mail:

Domestic: 1-2 working days
Europe: 3-5 working days
Rest of the World: 5-7 working days

These times are only an estimate do not including clearing customs. Once the package has left our hands, its shipping time is out of our control. Generally most packages to international addresses reach their destinations in 14 business days, but it is not unheard of for them to take up to 6 weeks to arrive. If you feel you have been waiting for too long, please reach out and we will see what we can do to help!

Please be aware customers may be charged import duty and customs handling fees. Any and all import duties and customs handling fees are the responsibility of the customer. This includes our EU Customers: we do not collect VAT on behalf of the EU, so when your order goes through customs, it will be assessed for VAT and you may be expected to pay the VAT prior to delivery. 

Returns and Cancellations

It is your right to cancel your order within 7 working days of placement. Please contact us directly to cancel.  If you have received an order you would like to return, we can only accept it if the shipping package has been unopened, and only in extenuating circumstances. Returns will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail us to inquire. Due to the nature of the product, no opened packages may be returned and we cannot accept any exchanges. 

If there are problems with your order, including packaging defects that compromise the product, missing items and items sent in error, please get in touch. We will do everything reasonable to ensure customer satisfaction.
